BTM was established over 30 years ago as a metal stamping company. Under new ownership in 1993, it not only remains as a steel stamping facility, but possesses fully integrated state of the art tooling production capabilities. The Company has become a leading supplier to Automotive Tier One and Tier Two customers for a wide range of stamped and assembled metal fabricated and engineered products. BTM facilities are ideally located to serve Southern Automotive Manufacturing Operations.
Bailey Tool & Manufacturing (BTM) was established by Michigan Tool Maker in the early 1970s. BTM's first facility encompassed 22,000 square feet in Duncanville, TX. In 1993, BTM was acquired by the current company management. In 2003, BTM expanded with a new, 105,000 square foot facility in Lancaster, TX. Originally, BTM was geared towards the oil industry, but since 1993, the primary business focus has shifted to the design, engineering, development, manufacture, and assembly of products for the automotive industry. Presently, BTM continues to grow and expand its customer base as the center of the automotive industry migrates South.
