Company History

Bailey Tool & Manufacturing (BTM) was established by Michigan Tool Maker in the early 1970s. BTM's first facility encompassed 22,000 square feet in Duncanville, TX. In 1993, BTM was acquired by the current company management. In 2003, BTM expanded with a new, 105,000 square foot facility in Lancaster, TX. Originally, BTM was geared towards the oil industry, but since 1993, the primary business focus has shifted to the design, engineering, development, manufacture, and assembly of products for the automotive industry. Presently, BTM continues to grow and expand its customer base as the center of the automotive industry migrates South.
