Bailey Tool's development of strong capability to serve the Automotive Industry was a result of very careful planning.  It began with participation in the North American Deep Drawing Research Group (NADDRG), bringing in Michigan and Indiana die and toolmakers with vast experience to Texas with particular focus on deep drawing.  Later on capabilities in the areas of Press Controls and In-Die sensing were brought in.  All of these were finally complimented by bringing in metallurgists and experienced Finite Element Analysis capability.
